With interest rates so low, I think I just fixed 1.7m the other day at 3.05% (down from 5.99%) you see why the sharemarket has been propped up, and is ridiculously over valued (note, expect the real plunge latter this year when the global recession impacts are clearer to more).

But the real test will as normal be picking winners, but this time the risk and the reward is huge, and the challenge is greater to pick them under CV19.

When the Covid affected business's do fail, and its not always clear which those are, those SP's are going to plunge significantly, and the winners will hold their own, and special ones with promise will rise meteorically......

If AKP get this right, still think its a year away, then this will be one of those.

Whether it rattles around 10 to 50 is neither here not there, unless of course you are trying to get more, now.

Any special winners in the market, will attract such interest, they will go well beyond what they are actually worth, simple supply and demand.
