I am just wandering that CEO of BCS reduced Dividend and deferred payment, why second installment has not differed or reduced?

CEO of BCS is looking after BCS's project we understand that, why they do not look after us as company shareholders. without shareholders they can not run their business. it is happening now, many share holders try to sell their shares including institution investors.

What I am suggesting is that BCS should consider win-win stuation for both project and shareholders.

a) deffer second installment or reduce scond installement
b) deffer dividend but no reduce dividend ( showing good reputation to all shareholders)
