It's more than weird: it defies any sensible principles of finance.
WESN shares have EVERY right and benefit as WES shares, PLUS the Price Protection feature. Put any value (or none) on that Price Protection feature, but today, the market is valuing the Price Protection feature at MINUS 7 cents!
Defies logic and laws of finance, but true finance idealogues will tell you "THE MARKET'S ALWAYS RIGHT." Go figure...
