i don't understand what you say that has nothing to do with the money raised. What I understand is that they set a price of 30c per share (for a strange reason to undervalue the company) and that price could have been as well set at 33c, 37c or 40c. Considering it was 33c and same amount of shares being sold ... wouldn't that mean 10% more cash ?
