None of what you posted was on the LVT recording. There is no MSFT/LVT telehealth product or pricing. You made it up.

Microsoft Teams is leveraging its scheduling and video conferencing platform for virtual healthcare visits. Through the Bookings app in Teams, providers are able to schedule video consultations with their patients. An API incorporates these bookings into existing healthcare workflows, while the calls themselves have added features such as background-image changes and automated transcription. The tool also looks to reduce the burden on patients by requiring them only to click on a provided link to join the video call in their browser.

It has nothing to do with LVT, in fact LVT is not one of the vendors mentioned. As you know from 1ST there is a whole industry devoted to telehealth/on line appts for medical providers. There are at least 50 PMS out there for API's to connect to.

LiveTiles can assist in addition to the above (Teams Product) in a number of ways. Intelligent meeting scheduling is one of these. Testfire and Linius are LVT partners. Are you seriously suggesting that telehealth calls are going to be recorded, video'd and transcribed?
There are over 50 dedicated PMS systems out there with highly customized appt features. Every medical office has a PMS.

Ultimately, the Microsoft Teams co-sell partnership a) provides a foot in the door to an extremely large number of organisations that are seeking out remote working tools such as Teams and b) provides another integration opportunity for additional LVT products. For example, the LiveTiles Hyperfish product can prompt a user to update their contact details from within teams.

LVT has a co-sell partnership to sell LVT with MSFT partners selling MSFT. Since when did LVT become a MSFT reseller.

You seemed to have missed Karl's memo on the conference call. They are taking out 18m of expenses to get to BE. 76m expenses - 18m = 58m, a couple of m more than that 55.2m ARR. It seems clear that they are not budgeting on increasing ARR by much this year, so they are deploying Teams to get by.
