It all looks as expected over there in Tanzania. I wouldn't have anticipated everything to flow like clockwork over there in the first place (i.e. no delays).
My only concern is their cash position. If they are considering a separate plant, this would take some heavy CAPEX. I hope they end up twinning except perhaps its not as easy (or possible) as we think? Either way, I don't think 7.5m will cut it (not including all the other interests).
Thoughts anyone??
