From what I remember reading there has been sales of Ropren to several countries. Obviously one of those has not been Russia as per recent announcement.
As in the case of the NZ doctor who acquired some for her daughter there must be some mechanism in place for these orders.
Maybe no more complex than an EFT via a credit card direct to the company.
