Needs money first Dude .......and that also happens to be a ' precondition ' for re-listing by the ASX . And you can't really raise funds through a prospectus without properly promoting the company in light of changing market and commodity indexes I would think.. And better to get .001 cent on your holdings than nothing at all I would have thought. Unless your holdings are ' unmarketable ' and already worth nothing at either of those prices - .001 or ZERO. Patience Lad....
