It's not surprising in of itself, but I think it's more the fact that there are 6m+ buyers lined up now at 1.0 that weren't there this morning.
Also, I think there was a 1m seller at 1.1 that left prior to opening.
Someone's put a rocket under the depth. Not the sp, but the depth.
