Have a look at the number of posts on this forum over the past 6 months. Hardly anything. There would be very few retail holders on the register.
Top 20 control ~91% of the shares on issue. The chairman himself, Ian Gandel holds 68% of the total SOI.
This stock only caught my attention yesterday with the massive pump on the back of what look to be some relatively decent gold hits. However I'm not sure either why the announcement on the 14th April had so little interest compared to yesterdays announcement.
Anyway, I bought a pilot parcel in the last half hour of trade yesterday after having a quick skim of past announcements, particularly the one on the 19th August 2019 (where Gandel Metals made a formal offer to buy all Alliance shares at 14cps), and the independent report released on the 10th of September.
Will have a closer look into the independent report later today.
