    Given the assumption implied that the SP is a reflection of the SOI !!

    @Jasox
    if SOI was 4,633,668,405 and the SP was $0.011 then the real at that time the price was $0.011 cents per share. Would you agree?

    Given that the real SP is $0.011 before the CR then it would only be directly influenced by the number of SOI. Would you agree ?

    So if the SP can only be affected by SOI the real price to the share would only occur once the issue of new shares on the Monday the 18th of May.

    Once the number of "New" shares can be added into the SOI, at that time the price can be reflected onto the share price of $0.011

    Given the CR was for 514,852,045 new shares then I shall use that number for the equation.

    So 514,852,045 / 4,633,668,405 = 11%

    $0.011 x 11% = $0.00121

    $0.011 - $0.0012 = $0.0098

    SP value $0.0098 after the Dilution before DFS

    Best of Luck trying to get shares under .008 during the CR

    And good luck trying to get sellers going any lower to your buy in price.
