Perhaps MC12 the question is why so many?
Do these share/option issues fit within the Executive reward plans of 2007?....trying to work it out but mumbo jumbo aint my strong point. but the "Shares issued under this Plan are to be issued to Participants in July each year at Market Price" statement has me wondering.
