In that article you posted (the S&P one), they state that by 2025 (4.5 years away) Australia will be producing 400,000 mt LCE of new supply. That's roughly 3.2 million tonnes of additional spodumene. Where's that coming from exactly? It seems to me that they've cobbled together the hopes and dreams of every producer who's ever even thought about an expansion and come up with that figure. Never mind the funding for those expansions though...
