The very high concentration of ownership is a worry imo. We are minority shareholders in the position usually found only in a TO situation and the history of minority holders is often not positive. The company could be privatised with considerable savings. A popular tactic has been to have a non renounceable CR at a price at which many small holders. In effect this further reduces minority holding and at 90 percent the last small holders are compulsorarily acquired. Not saying this will happen but it is a rare chance to get off the ASX and go private.
