Which director buying are you referring to? The most recent announcement is just the directors DRP participation, which is meaningless.
Nevertheless, FCL does seem to have bottomed. The shorts that had grown over the past 2 weeks to over 22 million are now (almost) entirely gone. Price action is positive, and even today, with the market down on a Friday, FCL is in the green.
That's a good sign. Here's hoping we'll see $2 again soon.
