I'm not lawyer, it is ture that just because the share price fall does not necessarly mean you can launch class action.

In this case when you look beyond the share price there were a number of selling points to entice investors that were crucial to get this investment scheme to the market.

The one big selling point was the distribution which was marketed to investors or fund that wanted income.

I think the other factor is management keep on saying that there funding and distribution is fully underwritten.

Looking from outside in there does not seem that the backers providing the funding has walk away the management seem to want to limit the return to new investors.
I cant see a reason way they will worry about that because there are always winner and losers on the market.

If share price is the bench mark for return capital to share holders that it should be good enought for directors to take pay cut.
