Without our Mums, no one would exist, so thanks Mum. And for all the great things that Mums do, it's happy Mother's Day to all the Mums out there. Now its time to look at a Mother's Day chart of VML. It shows the weighted moving averages of VML (200 day, 50 day, 9 day and daily averages) as well as the trend (PSAR). These curves are all pointing towards an improved shareprice. In fact the shareprice has just crossed above the 200 day average, which is a significant result. I haven't shown the stochastic, but it shows momentum is positive and VML is not overbought at the moment. On the left hand side I've included the bar chart for "Volume to Price", which shows that there were a few lucky punters who picked up shares in the sell-off that has followed the news of the Corona virus. However, the largest volume of shares traded that in the last 12 months has been at around 1.1 to 1.2 cents, so today's shareprice of 1.0 cents is still a bit below that. We can't predict the future, but the trend is looking positive at the moment. However, there are two possible cautious notes. 1) CV-19 is still active and economies have not started to recover, so there could be be a sudden blast of winter winds. 2) The recent upward trend began on about 1st April, so it has been running for about 6 weeks. It means that there could be consolidation soon - we could see a breather for a few weeks. On the other hand, the board has ambitious plans which could provide unexpected news that could ignite the sharepirce. Also the geopolitics and critical metal crisis could cause a major re-assessment of VML's shareprice. Overall, we are in a very interesting position. We will know plenty of answers when Father's Day rolls around. Good luck amigos.
