    I'm not really quaified to give financial advice, but if I was holding BCS I will definity sell.

    The reason i will sell now is because you still have market to sell into, it way no be the case as it close to the instalment date.
    I would not want to pour money in this one if you dont pay you do not want the hassle of the threat of being sued.
