I could not find that $10m payment in the 2019 AR only that contingent consideration of the Osiris milestones & royalties had risen from $42m to $47.5m.
I have found that the Milestone and earnout payments are only subject to Remestemcel-L for all indications so ARDS would be covered and there are no other products subject to milestone or earnout payments.
The earnout payments start at 4 % scaling up up to 10%
$0-$250m 4%
$250m -$500m 6%
$500m-$750m 8%
$750m + 10%
Hopefully next year the CFO is putting ink to a $100m royalty cheque!
