Timing is everything so this announcement should be seen in the context of a company on the brink of progessing from research and development, to production and commercialization, which has been slowly brewing for some time now. In my opinion.
I could be wrong, but why would you pass the hat around without a really good reason if you were just about to deliver on your potential? It would almost seem like you were just about to enter the big leagues and then realised you couldnt match them so hit the panic button. They are better than that, they know the business they are in now.
I am very comfortable this will come with good news, we'll all know by Wednesday.
