One thing is obvious, and that is that there are so many novice ‘investors’ in MSB that follow Hotcopper. If you can’t read page 2 of the announcement and don’t know it’s an equity/capital raising then you should not be throwing your money at stocks on the ASX.
IMO I see this equity raising as nothing more than prudent and in the best interests of shareholders and is by law what directors are supposed to do for your company. Facts are the share price is high, the cash in bank will not last forever and despite punters (including myself) expecting trials to be successful, there is no guarantee of success. Best be raising at circa $3.40 than at $1 if things go pear shaped over the next 3 months.
