maybe but not quite.... would refer to grunenthal partnership. No equity finance here? milestone cash payments in exchange for a predominant share in sales of the end product (royalties payable to MSB).
wording on this announcement is almost exactly the same as our prior trading halt, which was followed by BP cap raising (The only difference is that the word "Equity" has slipped in this time).
