Sections 249D of the Corporations Act 2001 currently requires the directors of a company to call and arrange a general meeting at the request of:
1) Members with at least 5% of the votes that may be cast at a general meeting.
or
2) At least 100 members who are entitled to vote at a general meeting.
Shall we get cracking?
