Hi Av,Occam, Mitis and more recently Mav & other respective posters.

I have been a shareholder of this company since 2001 when they were drilling bayou choctaw in Louisiana. I even attended the AGM that year & heard how RJ was talking about the 'company jet' they would need due to the size of the resource that was there.

What happened then for those that don't know, is that the drill bit was wrong or something along those lines & they had to go and plug the whole and had to leave it alone due to a lack of funds.

My understanding back then was they had some affiliation through Ord Minnet on the Gold Coast. I think they got burnt through the relationship, which is probably why RJ now goes to brokers in other states to raise funds.

There has been a lot of talk from the company with little action. It is the same story everytime, "We have a great resource here and we expect the share price to do this, we need more money to do this...wah wah wah!" It can't be bad luck that every time they drill something there is a problem. There is a pattern!

Are they cutting corners? Trying to save costs to fund RJ's 'Salary'?

Maverick, I did meet a guy a few years ago that spoke about how he & his associates had a board member voted off, I think it was at the AGM that I went too, I can't remember. I am not sure if thas was you or not, but something needs to be done.

I am no longer a holder ( I cut after reading the quarterly 'activity' report) and do not have enough pull to get shares over the line. I do believe in the underlying resource though! I will be back & will continue to read the banter.

This stock is like a bad ex-girlfriend and you know you should just leave it, but it keeps enticing you back with its good 'resources'.

Occam and Av, I have followed your posts for years and fully understand your frustration. In the absence of any news I think this thing will go a bit lower. I will no doubt keep an eye on it as the resource is massive, however we need someone to come in and take it forward!
