    Yep but they did say the acquired businesses haven't suffered from any material impact from C19.

    I have them acquired on a 3.93x multiple which lower than the avg for FY20.

    Also podiatry is higher EBIDTA margin compared to Physio, which should help bring margins back up from the lower HY20 levels going forward.
