I beg to differ. Smart move by the company whilst sp is high. I'd say this raise will go like hotcakes, look at PAR after they raised at $1.30. If the raise is unconditionally underwritten I'd assume MSB have already sounded out some very large cornerstones, hopefully out of the States.
