Assume PT will have full security guard cordon at the AGM.
Given the co will reduce to basically an IO entity only, there is no need to keep PT on. Surely Michael Clarke can run the ship from here, and co would get to save $500K plus expenses per annum...
What is going to be interesting is finding out how RLL was valued at $36m and who exactly Charge Resources are and how will they fund lithium developments.
