so what sort of governance was exhibited to be dealing with this obvious shell company.
can anyone please explain how this board decided that this $1 company was offering the best way out of its current circumstances.
my guess is ASIC will step in and this company is going down the tubes.. hopefully before some golden handshakes are being given out from the $5m or so left over after debts.
I may well be wrong but where is the light from what is maybe a necessary decision but done in a completely concealed way.......again if this is not arms length, good luck to the board.
anyone holding on wednesday should be compensated from the board.
