My thoughts exactly.
It would be PT and his mate who will be buying the asset off ADY, otherwise why not wait to see if there is any counter offer?
And how on earth do they come up with the figure of $36,281,536. Why not just call it even at $36,300,000.
PT must not have been able to get the finance for that extra little bit.
We need to submit a complaint to ASIC.
A company only registered a few days ago cannot come up with these type of funds.
I would like to know (see phone records) of who contacted PT with this offer and when?
