I believe the company applied early April at the same time as the SBA PPP Loan.

Even if they receive US$10K it's not going to put much of a dent in deferrals.

Pretty disappointing no mention of staff wage cutbacks a 20 % token gesture would have been a positive.

Furthermore no clarification regarding the SBA PPP Loan, considering the media surrounding public companies receiving funds and amendments to certification, to know what the BOD intentions are in regards to repaying the loan by the extended deadline of 14 May 2020 would have also been another step in the right direction.
