Happy 12 month suspension anniversary, page-56

I spoke with James on Friday and he was forthcoming. He basically said that everything was going okay until ASX found out they wanted to do a rights issue and then ASX de-listed them. Now this has made it so much harder to raise the cash needed.
He was in contact with the lawyers to find out options moving forward and said he would know more this week. I know James (defender) are owed between 4-5m in debt and still James wants to trade out of it. He said administration is still a last resort. Good for us I think.
I will try him again at the end of the week for an update.
