Ann: WNB raises $1.3 million in Placement & SPP Announcement, page-89

Why didn't they mention the SPP for the normal investor when the CR for sophisticated investors was announced? You cant see how people are believing how it wasn't oversubscribed?They make it look like the SPP was an after thought.If you cant see how this looks,then your blind.It may not have bad motives about it,but doesn't look good.It's no surprise to see the sp go to .009,and maybe lower tomorrow.Most stocks act the same when capital is raised.It is what it is.
