parents shouldn't let young children go on the net by themselves unsupervised. the computer logon should be password protected anyway, quite simple.
if the authowrities cared so much about it, why is there so much of it being pumped out on the tv? in case you havn't noticed, it's not getting better in that repect, rather the contrary.
