With due respect Spruik I simply can not agree with what you're saying on due diligence. We are not talking petty cash here, this is a cool $36M. I think billionaires like Warren Buffet, Bill Gates or our very own Frank Lowy would think twice before spending this much money and this amount is petty cash to them.
