You are correct.
Statment was made before release of quarterly report.
Original funds were adequate to complete BFS, however BFS has dragged out and completion has been delayed by at least another 3 months due to investigating alternative leaching techniques.
An important 3 to 6 months coming up in which time it is hoped that funding is secured (at least for completion of BFS) and Savanna issue resolved.
