What's changed to prompt this announcement? Really ask yourself why?

We know OOH has been wanting to supply NHS.

Now thing, why announce it via HCT??

Hmmm... Could it be that OOH has been told they're favourites in the tendering application? I mean there isn't a product that is 100% natural like ours that's been proven against the surrogate of covid.

HCT wouldn't want to shoot themselves in the foot and just put out an ANN like this only to then get knocked back for the tender would they?
