    My guess is the holdup is seeking approval and registration with the TGA.

    See below requirements for manufacturing or importing a product regulated as a therapeutic good.

    My understanding is that a product that claims efficacy against viruses is a therapeutic good, and must be approved by the TGA and listed on the ARTG before it can be supplied in Australia.

    Invisi Shield is already available for sale in Australia as many holders have demonstrated, so making a public release about positive testing against coronavirus effectively makes it a therapeutic good instantly. My guess is we’re working with the TGA to have it approved and listed before making an announcement to avoid any infringement.

    IMO HCT could be hot water over this, as NatShield is available to purchase via their website, but not registered on the ARTG (that I can find).
