    So what do we have:

    Huayou = 200+ milionn shares - wonder what is going to happen to them?

    Canaccord (Patersons who have traditional converted and immediately dumped options) to convert options for AVZ. How many shares there?

    If these come together a perfect storm of 400+ million shares may potentially be sold down.

    1 million sold today has dropped price 3.33%.....
