ok found the link....only 169 auctions due to the spring racing carnival...last week there was 862...next week 640...and my detractors were saying the spring carnival made no difference...wow 80% less houses up for auction...is a huge difference
here are the addresses etc and prices....for yesterdays auctions...huge variances in prices by suburbs...
