love the 2 opposite threads going on at the same time...one says vic results up 11% the other down 3%... I posted results yesterday...some suburbs recorded drops of 39% and triple more suburbs rose above 20-24%....and passive rightly noted probable margin calls and other reasons for the higher priced suburbs to drop....
and I would expect those props that are over 1 million dollars and 20 mill or so to go through girations in prices....that is the big end of town...the high flyers and they have been hit over 40-50% on stocks...
today the media want us to feel sorry for james packer who has reportedly lost half of his 6 billion fortune...a whopping 3 billion dollars....and eddy groves wife suing him on divorce for 64 million....
