in the herald sun report yestereday...elwood, cantebury and brighton all recorded drops of 20%...it did not report on the prices.....but differences between the suburbs of 268,000 broadmeadows to almost 800,000 in williamstown... in the listed prices for yesterdays auction results 1.2 mill in caulfield, top 5 houses over 830.000- 877.000 amazing prices....and a coburg prop at 830,000 in there
craigieburn....guessing new estates not housing commission...very close to the big new freeways which take you in any direction in half the time at around 250,000 sounds cheap... ***love the google search maps, you can view the house and the street and see what the neighbours are like....just checked the hanson st craigieburn address...love it when they park their cars at the front of the house,,,where the lawn and garden should be.....probably a rental
