S32 had a percentage then took control 100% and purchased all the remaining shares at C$6.00 each + A share its all in recent history. But similarity is Poly Metallic JV huge resources field in Base metals Zn,Ag,Au ,Lead ,Tin, Cu Moly and other so as per comments by S32 as its may well be another Antimina which if you are aware is a serious Peruvian Mine north of Lima that has been pumping out riches for years and is a joint venture BHP, Mitsubishi, Teck Resources and few others are making $$$$.

After JORC we have a remaining 30% to sell to the highest bidder and recently I read something similar in Chile where Mitsu or Sumitomo purchased 30% of a known copper deposit for something like US $ 350 million +. That was just copper existing known resource nothing more like Ag , Au , Zn, Moly which could add to the fruit. So no expectation but at that price its about US 10 cents on the Chilean deal per share.
