    Just wanted to check my understanding of this. They are giving me for free options to buy at 75c by October next year. If I do not exercise the options, they lapse.

    If I do exercise the options, they will give me for free options to buy at 95c by April 2023. again, if I do not exercise the options, they lapse.

    If this is correct then is there any reason not to take up the options since there seems to be no liability attached to them.
