Dunno so much; I read "to build product inventory" to mean, well, just that.
(I'm not sure it can be articulated any clearer than that.)
Besides, I thought that the arrangement with Lonza is that Lonza is the manufacturing entity so any building of capacity would be for Lonza's account.
(Hey, maybe Lonza has been producing and stockpiling the stuff for the past 6 months, and are kindly financing MSB's working capital account, until such time as MSB decides to take delivery. Maybe Lonza are that sort of generous and charitable bunch of folk.
