I don't disagree with your conclusions overall, but to say the Brits have one of the best healthcare systems in the world is laughable to anyone who is not a Brit, and to suggest that Europe and the UK lead the world in medicine and medical science is similarly just not true.
Not that we run a league table, but... sheesh.
