Doc lots of things have crossed my mind as to why.......
The only thing I would say is if the SienNet tech was that good I would have expected one of the large testing co...ie Thermo ect to have bought it.
The lab is a good reason but surely we could have partnered with a myriad of companies rather than buy SDX?
Anyways I fully expect the deal to go ahead but given there has still not been a case made for BD1 shareholders by the company I remain unconvinced its a good deal for BD1.
To be perfectly honest I think it has more to do with some large holders getting some of their dough back. If you watched the interview with Williams he openly states he wants things for nothing, and openly stated he bought a business for 10 million and sold it to shareholders for 16.
No doubt smart man but I see the SDX in the same light to be honest. The premium we are paying is not deserved based on SDX revenue and their spending which is out of control imo.
Williams and co will do very well from this deal, BD1 @ .026 is around .062c for SDX as of today.
