Interestingly AHUG is not in a halt, so I would guess that even if AFG does go into administration, the proposed deal between CHAMP and AHUG would still go ahead. It could still fall over based on CHAMP not securing finance or AHUG holders voting it down. But I'm guessing AFG needs this deal or else they are in deep trouble with bank repayments.
