Credit has already start to thawed, cause if not then nothing will happen and the world market just shut down. My bet is that monies will flow again by the time assets are to be sold. If it hasn’t already flow. Bank will extend, because they cannot sell assets now anyway. If they recoup their monies from allco, they would need to loan it out again to someone else anyway.. cause they are banks, and its their business to loan.
