Also, an observation for pete - great rights issue for those long time, loyal lemmings who were fed rubbish by the company whilst leo, many names and his mates were dumping stock on everyone. i am sure the course of trades between 90c and 1.50 will make interesting reading in any fact finding mission. On this point can you also ask management how it is that they don't know who is taking placements (this was another white lie of pete's) and can they ensure holders that no more dodgy characters will hit the share register as a result of this raising?

One last question to ask pete, how many weeks until the minerals report and will povey poves end up taking the minerals with him and back dooring it into another listed shell, for example ARO, which surprise surprise has some of the usual suspects on the register, waiting with open arms (eg. BPO/SLA deal is a doozy of an example).

anyway, i am sure the AGM will be as useless all all the others they have held. :)
