Business lending activity is still to put it mildly s*&$house. it will probably take 2 or more year for lending function of banks to be fully restored. One only hopes that with a 12 mth extension allco would be able to realise modestly higher valuations for the assets it's trying to offload, maybe 10-15% more -- that might just do it for them.
